How do boaters access my dock space?

Most of the docks listed on our platform are located behind single family homes that either have a side entrance to the backyard or a side gate. In almost all cases boaters will use the side entrance to your property in order to access the dock located in the back. Unless it is specifically required, boaters should never need to go through your home.
