How should I handle multiple boaters' inquiries?

When two or more Boaters have inquired about a particular space, Dock Owners should first make sure that they have invited the interested Boaters to the docking space. This gives the opportunity to the boaters to secure the space when they would like to. 

If the Boaters have not yet acted on the Dock Owner’s invitation and secured the spaces, the Dock Owner should feel free to text them on the secure PierShare numbers to inquire about their plans, and make the appropriate updates to the arrival date if necessary.
